Kaitlin is very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and eased all of my “fears” about my misconceptions I had regarding pain and recovery. I was able to schedule quickly for a free consultation with Kaitlyn to have her look at my pesky dark chin hairs left behind from laser hair removal. She treated me same day with a generous first time discount, and after only one week I can absolutely see that the hairs have been decreased. Absolutely a great experience! I was nervous about permanent facial hair removal but Kaitlyn quickly put me at ease. From the information she provided about what to do before and after treatment to her calming manner explaining the process as we went. She is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Kaitlyn talked to me not at me in a way that I could understand. She looked past my age and looked at my skin. I can hardly wait for my next appointment!
