It All Begins Here.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change unexpectedly.

-The first cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered an “Oopsie” and no fee will be charged.

-Any additional cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the missed appointment cost.

-No-call/no-show appointments may result in refusal of future bookings at my discretion.

-Clients arriving late will still have their appointment begin and end within the originally scheduled appointment time to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. Treatment modifications may be necessary depending on the time remaining.

-If you are feeling sick, experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, vomiting, or anything contagious, please reschedule your appointment. Arriving sick may result in refusal of service and applicable cancellation fees.
